IF YOU ALREADY HAVE A FARRELL ONLINE STORE USER NAME AND PASSWORD

Your user name remains the same.  However, you will be assigned a new password.  Simply go to Sign-In, enter the email address you used in our old shopping cart, and click on Forgot your password?

A new temporary password will be emailed to you immediately.  You can then either keep this temporary password, or go to My Account to create a new password.

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A USER NAME AND PASSWORD

You need to create one.  Go to Create an Account and fill out the form in full. 

As soon as we have received the registration details and confirmed that you are a retailer (we do not sell to consumers) we will activate a user account providing full access to program and pricing details.

This usually will take 1 day.
